There's Another Taylor Swift & He's a Man From Seattle
There are plenty of people out there who probably wish they were Taylor Swift, but it turns out sharing a name with one of the world's biggest pop stars isn't all that great.
A man in Seattle also happens to be named Taylor Swift and it's been a bit disruptive to leading a normal life.
Aside from the frequent wisecracks, this Swift receives an inordinate amount of fan mail for the other Swift, had to get another email address because his email@example.com account was clogged with messages not meant for him and searching for his professional photography work by his name is basically impossible.
"It doesn't ever end. She's incredibly famous," he told KOMO 4 News.
But it's not all bad, as this Swift is happy to take the compliments that come his way -- even if they're intended for someone else.
"It's a great confidence booster," he said. "It's like endless amounts of "You're beautiful, you're so talented, you're a great role model, you have a beautiful voice and here I am just like, 'Oh, thank you!"
He added, "There's way worse names to have."
