Demi Lovato on Relationship With Miley Cyrus: 'I Don't Have Anything in Common With Her Anymore'

Demi Lovato doesn't have much in common with her former Disney Channel colleague Miley Cyrus, said the singer Monday.

While speaking with Boston's 103.3 AMP Radio, Lovato was asked by a caller about her relationship with Cyrus, unprompted by any particular incident or rumor. The caller just said she was a fan of both artists and remembered them being friends before Cyrus' "radical phase."

Clearly unsure how to answer the question, Lovato said, "Um…yeah… that, um… we're, we're like, we're acquaintances… it's life, and people change, and, you know, I don't have anything in common with her anymore, and I wish her all the best."

While Cyrus has become immensely popular in this new "radical phase" -- as the caller put it -- shedding her Hannah Montana image with the help of that shocking dance called twerking and plenty of drug references in her music and speech, Lovato has been an outspoken advocate for bipolar awareness and is publicly sober.
