"The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday"
On what would have been his 32nd birthday, "Glee" star Lea Michele tweeted a heartwarming tribute to her late co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith.
Michele shared a black and white photo of the two laughing together with the caption, "The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday."

In addition to dating him in real life, Michele played Monteith's on-air girlfriend in "Glee."
Monteith died of a heroin overdose (compounded by alcohol use) on July 13, 2013. He had faced addiction struggles so strong that he had once said he was lucky to be alive. In April of 2013 he privately checked himself into a treatment facility for "substance addiction." He had received treatment for such issues since he was as young as 19.
Earlier this year, Michele released her debut album, "Louder," which featured a tribute song to Monteith. "If You Say So" takes place a week after the passing of its unnamed subject, with Michele repeating the phrase "seven whole days." She later sings, "I check my phone and wait to hear from you in a crowded room… I thought we would grow old/Mirrors in the smoke/Left me here to choke."
