Billboard: What's the biggest advantage to being in a girl group as opposed to being a solo artist?

Chilli: "You don't have to carry everything. It's a shared responsibility. If you're slacking a little bit, the others can kind of pick up. Slacking meaning, I don't know, you can have a cold or something, or for some reason, physically, you're tired and don't feel like pushing so much.

"I like the fact all the weight is not on just you. That, to me, is the best part. You can play off of each other. When you're a solo artist, tired or nothing, you've gotta do it."
