Robyn Announces Summer Tour Dates with Röyksopp

Robyn

"I'm working on a lot of music at the moment," the Swedish pop star says in the tour announcement.

Robyn will return to U.S. shores this summer with a string of live shows alongside Norwegian production pair Röyksopp. Watch the official trailer for the tour below:

The co-headlining trek will visit six U.S. cities along with a handful of European festivals from June to August. The first U.S. date for the tour is June 26 in Seattle, where the pair was scheduled to perform at the inaugural Fourth of July edition of the Sasquatch! Music Festival, before that festival was canceled last month.

Last December, Robyn announced that she was "making music again" with Röyksopp's Svein Berge and ‪Torbjørn Brundtland‬. The "Dancing On My Own" singer lent her voice to the Röyksopp track "The Girl and the Robot," from their 2009 album "Junior."

"We've done shows together here and there and it's a pleasure to be on tour with Svein & Torbjørn," Robyn says in a statement on the tour's official web site. "I love them. I can't say much about my set right now – I'm working on a lot of music at the moment and whatever is finished might be something I put into the set list. As usual I just hope people want to dance. I see pink lasers."

Tickets for the European festivals are now on sale, while most of the U.S. shows will have presale tickets available on Wednesday (Apr. 9). Check out the full list of tour dates below:
