For the last four "Twilight" films, Edward Cullen has thought of nothing but how to protect Bella. Now, in "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," he has two women to protect: his wife and their new daughter, Renesmee. As a result, he's more overprotective than ever and his already-overbearing love is multiplied. That's why his playlist is filled with love songs, specifically tracks with lyrics that border on obsessive. Although Edward listens to mostly classical music in the films and in Stephenie Meyer's books, we see him branching out to more current music now that he'll soon have a teenage daughter in the house.
Jacob Black finds his soul mate in "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," instantly falling in love with (or "imprinting on") Edward and Bella's newborn daughter, Renesmee. Supposedly it's not creepy -- more of a brotherly love until she grows up, Jake explains -- but he spends the whole movie acting like a lovestruck maniac, his overprotectiveness mirroring Edward's for a change. At first he's upset with Bella for becoming a vampire, but for most of the movie, Jacob will be happily spending time with the Cullens and protecting Renesmee, listening to upbeat songs about love.
