Britney Spears' "Ooh La La" single, which leads the forthcoming soundtrack to "The Smurfs 2," has received a colorful, kid-friendly music video -- and by "kid-friendly," we mean that Spears' two sons, Preston and Jayden, make gleeful appearances alongside their mom in the clip.
At the start of the video, Spears is watching "The Smurfs 2" with her children by her side -- just another day at the movies, right? Wrong! The pop superstar is soon zapped through the silver screen and enters Smurf Village, where she twirls, gasps and shimmies alongside those adorable little Smurfs. There's a ton of footage from "The Smurfs 2," included an extended chase sequence in a bakery, and as the summery electro-pop track plays on, Spears is shown dancing with both the Smurf clan and her two sons in separate sequences.
"Ooh La La," which was produced by Dr. Luke, Ammo and Cirkut, was released last month as the lead single from "The Smurfs 2" soundtrack, due out July 23. The song has peaked at No. 85 on the Hot 100 chart and rises from No. 25-23 on this week's Pop Songs tally.
Earlier this year, Spears scored yet another Top 5 hit when "Scream & Shout," her collaboration with Will.i.am, climbed to No. 3 on the Hot 100. The singer has hinted at the forthcoming follow-up to her 2011 album "Femme Fatale"; in Billboard.com's Mid-Year Music Awards fan poll, Spears' next musical project was voted the most anticipated event of the second half of 2013.
"Thank you SOO much for voting my new music as the Most Anticipated Event of 2013 on @Billboard!" Spears posted on Twitter last week. "Lot of pressure ;)"
