Selena Gomez is all grown up. That's a message the former Disney star drives home in the new clip for “Come & Get It,” which premiered Tuesday.
Gomez steps out as a confident, sassy pop artist, with a good handle on where she wants to be in her career.
Director Anthony Mandler fills the screen with cinematography on a grand scale, and brings to life the Bhangra beats which underpins the song. Mandler, who helmed Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble" video and Rihanna's "Diamonds", clearly knows how to get the best out of a leading lady.

Gomez was the talking point of the MTV Movie Awards in April, when she gave a sizzling rendition of “Come & Get It” – described by Billboard at the time as “a performance as fiery as her red dress”. The red dress is back, and her latest performance is, well, fiery.
“Come & Get It” is the lead single from Gomez' forthcoming debut solo album. When it arrives this summer, the set will mark the 20-year-old's first musical foray since her 2011 album "When the Sun Goes Down" as part of Selena Gomez & the Scene. Gomez has spent the downtime taking on acting projects like "Spring Breakers" and "Hotel Transylvania."
Gomez joins the star-studded cast of performers confirmed for the Billboard Music Awards ceremony on May 19.
