Cast your ballot for the best Top 5 single of the past year.

Will.i.am and Britney Spears took down another pop diva, Kelly Clarkson proved stronger than a formidable opponent and Rihanna watched one of her two pop hits get taken down by P!nk: the third round of voting in the 2013 edition of Hot 100 March Madness produced a highly diverse Final Four. After hundreds of thousands of votes were cast, only a quartet of Top 5 hits from the past year are still standing from the original field of 32 as the coronation of a new champ is getting closer and closer. Now it's time for another round of voting, to determine the championship contenders in this year's tournament!

FOUR

From April 1, 2012 through the charts dated March 9, 2013, there have been exactly 32 songs that appeared in the Top 5 of the Hot 100 chart. The match-ups within this year's Hot 100 March Madness bracket were decided arbitrarily, with those 32 hit singles placed in random competition in a quest to follow last year's winner, Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me." On Monday (Mar. 25), we'll reveal the two songs that won their fourth-round match-ups, and one final round of voting begins. On Thursday, Mar. 28, a new Hot 100 March Madness champion -- the Top 5 song that you think was the hottest single of the past year -- will be crowned.

Looking back at the third round of voting, the most exciting match-up occurred between P!nk and Rihanna, as "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" and "Where Have You Been" duked it out for a spot in the Final Four. Amazingly, only a few hundred votes separated the two Top 5 hits, but in the end, P!nk delivered the ultimate kiss-off to the "Talk That Talk" track. Fortunately for Rih, her "Unapologetic" No. 1 hit "Diamonds" breezed by Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe," earning 56 percent of the vote in the match-up and shimmering into the Final Four.

Also earning 56 percent of the vote in her match-up was Kelly Clarkson, whose empowering single "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" made Nicki Minaj's "Starships" crash and burn in Round 3. Across the bracket was another diva showdown -- albeit with a Black Eyed Pea in the mix -- as Will.i.am and Britney Spears let it all out and put Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" to sleep. Spears is just two wins away from repeating as Hot 100 March Madness champ… but can she knock off the white-hot "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" to reach the final round? And will Rihanna or Clarkson be the one waiting in the Finals?
