Pop superstars Justin Bieber, One Direction and Taylor Swift are among the nominees for the April 27 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMAs), voting for which opens today.
R&B pop artist Mindless Behavior is confirmed as a performer at the Nokia Theatre L.A. show, joining onstage the likes of Selena Gomez, Cher Lloyd, Bridgit Mendler, Cody Simpson, Austin Mahone and Coco Jones.
There will be eleven categories to vote on. The RDMA's “They're The One” category for best music group will be a hotly contested one with One Direction, The Wanted, Mindless Behavior and R5 all facing off.
In the “Bestest” song of the year category, Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble” is up against Justin Bieber’s “Beauty And A Beat” feat. Nicki Minaj, One Direction’s “Live While We're Young” and Cher Lloyd’s “Want U Back.” The RDMAs will also hand out awards for “He's the one” (best male artist), “She's the one” (best female artist) and “ultimate breakout star (biggest viral artist).
Die-hard supporters can have their voices heard in the “So FANTastic” category for the fiercest fans, pitting Beliebers against Mahomies, Selenators, Simpsonizers and Directioners. It promises to be a noisy night.

The Radio Disney Music Awards celebrate the most popular recording artists among kids and tweens. The awards show will be available across multiple platforms, including Vevo, Disney Channel, Radio Disney, and the RadioDisney.com and Disney.com websites.
The first Radio Disney Music Awards TV spot will premiere on Disney Channel Friday (March 15) during a new episode of “Gravity Falls”.
Voting on the RDMAs will wrap-up on Monday, April 14.
