Univision’s annual Premios Juventud youth awards ceremony was a blend of tried and true Latin stars—Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, Juanes, Romeo Santos, Prince Royce—with a smattering of novelty in the shape of Austin Mahone, J Balvin, ChoQuibTown (performing with Carlos Vives) and Luis Coronel.

Top winners of the evening were Enrique Iglesias and Romeo Santos, who tied with five awards each. Iglesias’ honors included “My Perfect Combination” for “El Perdedor,” featuring Marco Antonio Solís, while Santos won “Voice of the Moment.”

While the spectacle wasn't nearly as focused on new acts and youth as last year's event, the show—which honors personalities in film, TV and music and sports—had multiple unique moments, including a performance by Jenni Rivera’s daughter Chiquis, and a performance by Wisin featuring Ricky Martin and Jennifer López performing as holograms. Winners for Premios Juventud are voted on by fans.

Iglesias also received a special “Supernova” honor while the award for “High Voltage Athlete” went, not surprisingly, to Argentine soccer star Lionel Messi.

The awards aired live from BankUnited Center in Miami July 17.
