The Billboard charts got a healthy dose of K-pop's R&B side with Dean's debut EP hitting both the World Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts.

The buzzy newcomer's 130 Mood: TRBL makes a respectable bow on both charts, starting at No. 3 on World Albums and No. 22 on Heatseekers Albums, the latter chart being a far less common place to spot K-pop acts, especially on a debut release.

130 Mood: TRBL is also an impressive debut creatively that pushes R&B ahead into the future with its compositions and collaborations -- notably the woozy "Pour Up" featuring Zico of Block B, the Weeknd-recalling "21" and "What 2 Do" with Korean R&B star Crush and L.A. singer Jeff Bernat.

The chart accomplishment follows an international hustle from the rising star, who's written tracks for EXO while collaborating with Eric Bellinger on "I'm Not Sorry" and Anderson .Paak on "Put My Hands on You." The singer-songwriter was also a standout act at SXSW 2016 playing at the Spotify House, Hypetrack Stage and headlining K-Pop Night Out.

130 Mood: TRBL is promoted by its tender lead single "D (Half Moon)" featuring Gaeko (watch above) of pioneering Korean hip-hop duo Dynamic Duo. Meanwhile, the buzz track "Bonnie & Clyde," released a week before the EP, entered Billboard's World Digital Songs chart at No. 12 this week (below):
