Block B to Spread K-Pop on East Coast With 3 U.S. Tour Dates
The K-pop boy band will hit the New York, Florida and Washington, D.C. areas
Independent K-pop boy band Block B will make their stateside touring debut with three U.S. shows in June. The seven-member outfit will visit the New York, Washington, D.C. and Florida areas on their "Showcase Live in USA" trek.
While fellow male acts like INFINITE and B.A.P hit the New York and D.C. areas on their respective tours last year, Florida is relatively unexplored territory for K-pop concerts. The Wonder Girls -- who extensively toured the U.S. from 2009 through 2012 -- is one of the few groups to visit the Sunshine State. Block B will play the Fillmore in Miami Beach, which seats 2,700.

Tickets are currently on sale through Ticketmater. Ticket prices range from $40 through $220. According to the shows' presenter Jazzy Group US, all ticket price tiers except the $40 ones get fans access to a "hi touch" event where fans can give the members high fives.
Block B last hit the K-Pop Hot 100 when their brazen dance track "Very Good" (below) hit No. 10 last October. The septet also felt love from their U.S. fans when their debut full-length album "Blockbuster" hit No. 10 on the World Albums chart in 2012.
