The chart-topping male vocalist brings humor and hip hop prowess for his "Will in Fall" EP.
After opting for a comical comeback annoucement to stand out among top stars like IU and SHINee, male vocalist K.Will released his latest EP, "Will in Fall," on Oct. 18 via Starship Entertainment. Lead track "You Don't Know Love" stars EXO member Chanyeol and model Lee Ho Jung in the teaser and the much-anticipated, forthcoming video directed by Hong Won Ki of Zany Bros (INFINITE's "Destiny," Apink's "NONONO").
"You Don't Know Love" was crafted by Duble Sidekick, the duo that put together big K-pop hits like Leessang's "Tears," SISTAR's "Give It to Me" and Bumkey's "Bad Girl."
The track is a groovy, acoustic R&B piece enhanced by jazz piano lines with retro rhythms and K.Will's buttery vocals. The lyrics illustrate a man's frustration with his naive girlfriend, who "doesn't know love." He describes her constant complaining with lyrics like, "You don't know love/ You only think about yourself/ Can you stop whining like a little child/ You still don't understand love/ You only know yourself/ Do I really have to keep telling you for you to know how I feel about you?"
K.Will's fourth EP, includes five other tracks including "Fall in Fall," "It's Not You," "First Love End," "A Slip of the Tongue" and "Bubble" featuring SISTAR member Bora.
"It's Not You," is a classical ballad that is heightened by a 14-piece orchestra and a strong drum beat in which K.Will expresses the emotion of a man who cannot accept his breakup. "Bubble" featuring labelmate Bora of SISTAR showcases K.Will's surprising rap skills.
K.Will is expected to chart high on next week's K-Pop Hot 100. His past singles, "Please Don't" and "Love Blossom" logged in at No. 1 in November 2012 and April 2013.
