The nearly six-minute track finds Minaj delivering rapid-fire verses over the beat of Young M.A.'s "Ooouuu" and later includes parts of M.I.A.’s hit “Paper Planes.” She begins the song by giving a shout-out to Lil Wayne before referencing Harambe the gorilla and comparing herself to Jay Z.

“It’s the female Jay,” she raps. “I’m a brand according to what retail say/ Yeah, my tours be selling out on pre-sale day/ plus I got the title ‘Queen,’ press replay.”
