Days after announcing the release date for his fourth album Atrocity Exhibition, Detroit rapper Danny Brown drops some serious heat with his new single “Pneumonia.”

Danny Brown's New Album Is Named After a Joy Division Song

Brown previewed the track last week on Twitter and it’s just as unique as his persona. The Evian Christ-produced song perfectly blends his menacing bars with eerie production for nearly four minutes. The manic cut also appears to feature a hook and ad-libs from ScHoolboy Q, who throws in his signature "yak yak."

"Pneumonia" is from Atrocity Exhibition, Brown’s first LP in almost three years and his Warp Records debut. Due Sept. 30, the album boasts all-star features from Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, Earl Sweatshirt and more.
