The Internet is losing control over a potential Missy Elliott and Bruno Mars collaboration. Misdemeanor took to Twitter to share flicks of her kicking back with the "Uptown Funk" singer in the studio on Tuesday (April 19).

"Had a blast vibing wit my fam @BrunoMars @ the studio! GoodVibes He got some  [--]!," she wrote. "He such a rare gem! Big up Sunny [----] !"

Last fall, Missy E. let loose the Pharrell Williams-produced track "WTF (Where They From)" and revealed to Billboard that her comeback album -- the follow-up to 2005's The Cookbook -- could come this year. “I want to say 2016 but I don’t want to give a time," she said at the time.

She also released the pumped up jam "Pep Rally" this past February ahead of Super Bowl 50 and is also featured on A$AP Ferg's forthcoming album Always Strive and Prosper for the motivational track "Strive." Both Elliott and Mars are also SB performer alumni -- Mars performed with Beyonce and Coldplay at this year's big game as well as SB XLVIII in 2014 as a headliner. Elliott made a surprise cameo for Katy Perry's headlining SB XLIX set last year.

A rep for Missy Elliott and Bruno Mars did not immediately respond to Billboard's request for comment.
