Kanye West's Twitter is where magic happens. Whether he's in a giving mood (see his recent freebies "No More Parties in LA" and "Real Friends") or ranting about in-app purchases, 140 characters or less from the Chicago wordsmith is better than none at all.

He dedicates his latest Twitter note to his seventh studio effort Waves. "This is not album of the year," he shared to his 17.5 million followers on Tuesday (Jan. 26). "This is album of the life."

Kanye West's 9 Nicest Tweets

This isn't the first time West has lauded his own work. When he unveiled the track list for Waves, then titled Swish, he touted the offering as "the best album of all time."

The frequent Kanye phrase also calls to mind his 2009 outburst at the MTV Video Music Awards, where he stormed the stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for best female video. "Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you and I'mma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!"

Kanye West to Debut 'Waves' Album During Yeezy Season 3 Event at Madison Square Garden

West already has a big celebration planned for Waves. The unfiltered MC will be debuting it on its Feb. 11 release date at New York's Madison Square Garden to coincide with the Fashion Week presentation for his Yeezy Season 3 line.

UPDATE: After this article was published, Kanye announced his album title had changed from Swish to Waves.
