Pink Floyd Wins in Court, Kings of Leon Get 'Revenge'

In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, Pink Floyd won a legal battle against EMI that prevents the label from selling the band's music on a track-by-track basis separate from their albums. It's a big week for debuts on this week's albums charts, including new entries from country star Blake Shelton, American Idol alum Danny Gokey and the soundtrack from "Alice in Wonderland". Kings of Leon become part of the Tap Tap Revenge franchise of iPhone game apps, and in Making Noise, Billy Corgan addresses questions about whether there will be videos for the 44 songs on Smashing Pumpkins' "Teargarden by Kaleidyscope".
