Justin Bieber sighting at JFK Airport on November 14, 2009 in Queens.

In today's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and, Usher's "Raymond Vs. Raymond" tops the Billboard 200 after selling more than 300,000 copies. The set pushed Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0" down to No. 2--but Bieber became the first artist since the Beatles to debut at No. 1 and then sell more the following week. Erykah Badu's "New Amerykah, Pt. 2" comes in at No. 4, but doesn't match the sales of its 2008 predecessor. ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" outdrew Fox's "American Idol" for the first time last week, and in New Noise, Snoop Dogg talks about collaborating with Jay-Z on a track for his latest effort "More Malice".
