In Wednesday's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and Billboard.com, Katy Perry's new single "California Girls" is set to top the Digital Songs chart this, while last week's No. 1, Eminem's "Not Afraid," falls to No. 4. Albums had a slow week, with Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0" topping the list again after selling only 60,000 copies last week, and in New Noise, New Jersey's Gaslight Anthem shot their own interview with lead singer Brian Fallon about third album "American Slang".
