On the ballad, Underwood pays tribute to her husband Mike Fisher and infant son Isaiah, giving each an affectionate verse of his own.

The new mom (Isaiah was born in February) is clearly full of love these days, first sings to her husband: "Thought I was happy on my own / ’Til you came and proved me wrong." Then her attention turns to the child they share, telling him, "You’re stealing every bit of my heart with your daddy’s eyes / What a sweet surprise."
