So what was happening on the Real-Time Charts this week?
Lana Del Rey's "Shades of Cool" shot to No.1 on the Trending 140 chart after the accompanying music video – reminiscent of an "opening title of a James Bond movie" – garnered 800,000 views within the first 24-hours. Maroon 5's new single, "Maps," climbed to No. 1 when released at midnight on June 16. Due to the collective's social media campaign leading up to the release, the song took the No. 4 spot two hours before its debut.
Ab-Soul's "These Days" single, "World Runners" – featuring Lupe Fiasco and Nikki Jean – went to No. 4 on the Trending 140.
