The band lands its milestone 10th No. 1 on the radio-based ranking with 'Sweet Annie'

Zac Brown Band achieves its landmark 10th No. 1 on Billboard's Nielsen BDS-based Country Airplay chart, where "Sweet Annie" advances 2-1. The new leader is the Georgia band's first since "Goodbye in Her Eyes" spent the first of three weeks at No. 1 slightly more than a year ago. The group first reigned with "Chicken Fried" for two frames beginning the week of Dec. 6, 2008.

"Annie" is the fourth single from the band's third major-label studio album "Uncaged," which opened atop the Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums charts (July 28, 2012) and has sold 1 million copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Dating to Zac Brown Band's first Country Airplay topper, its 10 No. 1s are the most among groups and second among all acts only to Blake Shelton's 11 in that span. Jason Aldean follows with nine No. 1s in that stretch. Among groups dating to the first week of December 2008, Lady Antebellum ranks second with seven Country Airplay No. 1s.
