Artist and television personality Boy George has signed with CAA for representation in all areas. He was previously represented by UTA.
Born George Alan O’Dowd, Boy George came to prominence in the 1980s as the frontman for pop group Culture Club, who, according to the agency, sold more than 100 million singles and 50 million albums. The band is currently on an 80-city world tour.
Upcoming projects for George include competing on the NBC reboot of The Celebrity Apprentice, which stars Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Donald Trump role.
George, a Grammy winner who served as a judge on the fifth season of The Voice U.K., recently was honored with the prestigious Ivor Novello Lifetime Achievement Award. He is managed by Paul Kemsley at NIXXI Entertainment and his attorney is Jake Bloom at Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman.
