Brad Paisley Helps Launch My Country Nation Digital Channel

Brad Paisley has partnered with a pair of content producers and a talent agency to launch a digital channel this month designed for country music fans.

Content producers Taillight and ARC Entertainment and talent agency WME are building My Country Nation (MyCN), a digital platform featuring original series dedicated to concert road trips, comedy, Vine and YouTube stars, hunting and outdoor activities. New episodes of shows will appear  daily in the first six months. 

The channel will also feature specials with major country music stars.  MyCN will have a presence across multiple channels including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and mycountrynation.com.

Walmart has signed on as the channel's first major sponsor.

In making the announcement, no details were given regarding specific talent, show titles or executives who will be running the operation.
