Madonna Refuses to Let Instagram Ruin Her Nipple Pic Birthday Fun

Instagram's infamous anti-nipple policy has a new enemy: Madonna.

On the Queen of Pop's 56th birthday, she posted an image of herself in 1920s garb next to a topless (well, unless you consider a pearl necklace a top) woman.

Instagram swiftly removed the nipple pic, which Madonna called "hypocrisy" in a follow-up Instagram pic of the same woman (this time with nipples covered).

One of Madonna's Instagram photos from her 56th birthday on August 16, 2014, which was later removed from Instagram for violating the terms of servive.

"Instagram can take away our nipples but they cant take away our fun!" Madonna wrote in the caption.

Earlier that day, she posted a vintage topless pic of herself with her nipple blocked by a glowing light animation. So fear not -- a lack of nipple pics did not ruin Madonna's birthday.

In other Madonna Instagram news, Madge posted a pic of her 14-year-old son Rocco with the caption, "Jeff Spicoli is alive and well in the South of France." So yes, Madonna is likening her son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie to a character her ex-husband Sean Penn played in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Not weird at all.
