Zac Brown Band closed out the opening night of Bonnaroo 2009 with a mix of confident country songs, improvised instrumentals, and cherry-picked covers. This EP brings together the highlights of that performance, including a faithful rendition of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," a snippet of Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic," and an extended, ten-minute original named "Who Knows." Zac Brown Band's jam influences are more than apparent on the latter song, making them a prime pick for Bonnaroo and a solid presence on record. ~ Andrew Leahey, All Music Guide
