Chance's debut emphasizes his appealingly androgynous vocals in songs that move from pumped-up power balladry ("Hold On 'Til the Night") to minor-key electro ("Heart Like Stone") to earnest, Fray-style pop-rock ("Waiting Outside the Lines"). Word to Greyson: Hold on to 13 as long as you can.
