2 Chainz's debut studio effort, "Based On a T.R.U. Story," is on course to sell upwards of 130,000 copies by week's end on Aug. 19, according to industry forecasters. That will easily place him atop the Billboard 200 heap next week, as he has little competition standing in his way.
