Phillip Phillips' "The World From the Side of the Moon" has sold 533,000 copies in six weeks, according to Nielsen SoundScan, making it the fastest-selling debut from an "Idol" winner since the self-titled debut from season-seven champ David Cook sold 811,000 copies in the same time span in 2008.
Rock band Disturbed nets its fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 as its "Asylum" launches atop the list with 179,000 sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan . . . It's the act's fourth consecutive studio set to debut at No. 1, a feat achieved by only two other rock bands in the history of the chart . . . Disturbed leads five debuts in the top 10, including the "Now 35" compilation and albums from Lyfe Jennings, Goo Goo Dolls and Heart (with its first top 10 album in 20 years).
While the Goo Goo Doll's new album, "Something For The Rest Of Us," isn't due until August, the band has released its new single "Home" to tide over fans. Good news, there's a music video for "Home" and you can only get it here at Billboard.com.
