Jack Johnson and Friends' companion album to the film "Curious George," released via Johnson's own Brushfire label, bows at the top of The Billboard 200 this week. "Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies for the Film Curious George" sold 163,000 copies in the United States. Meanwhile, a number of artists enjoyed major post-Grammy sales bumps, including Mariah Carey, U2 and John Legend.
