Will Sheff of the independent rock band Okkervil River was nominated this year for a Best Album Notes Grammy for his liner notes to the Roky Erickson album "True Love Cast Out All Evil." His first trip to the awards ceremony could best be summed up in a few words: "Who the hell is that?"
