Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" (Interscope/Universal) moves back to the top of Billboard's European Hot 100 Singles, but the group's "The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies)" is again held off No. 1 on European Top 100 Albums by Placebo's independent release "Battle For The Sun" (Dreambrother/PIAS).
