No matter where you were on Earth on Thursday night (May 17), chances were pretty good that you could listen to the new Sigur Rós album at 7 p.m. local time.
It looks like spring isn't the only thing in full bloom. Sigur Ros, the Icelandic band whose name means victory rose, is all set to release their sixth studio album "Valtari" on May 29th. "Valtari" marks the end of the group's "indefinite hiatus" that began in 2008 after the release of their last acclaimed album.
The last time Mario saw at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart was in 2005. Two albums later, the crooner finds himself close to reclaiming that zenith.
His third album, "Go," just came out this week, but R&B singer Mario is already planning to release his fourth less than a year from now, "by the time school starts back up, like after next summer."
