Legendary alternative rock act the Butthole Surfers will celebrate 20 years together with its first tour in five years, kicking off Oct. 16 in Providence, R.I. The band is heading out in support of its latest album, "Weird Revolution," its first for Surfdog/Hollywood. Dates currently run through Nov. 17 in the band's hometown of Austin, Texas, with more due to be added. Beforehand, three Australian dates are confirmed from Oct. 10-13.
