"Believe," the sophomore Reprise effort from hard rock act Disturbed, rockets to No. 1 on The Billboard 200 on sales of 284,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan, knocking the Dixie Chicks' "Home" (Monument/Columbia) to No. 2 after three weeks on top. And while Disturbed is one of four acts to debut in the top-10, all are overshadowed by a record-setting week from "American Idol" winner Kelly Clarkson.
