Teenage rapper Bow Wow will stage a free concert Wednesday (July 23) in New York's Bryant Park. The noontime event will be sponsored by HBO and will include an announcement of a donation to be made by Bow Wow to the not-for-profit Computers for Youth (CFY) program.
Teenage rapper Bow Wow is "Unleashed" on his third album, due July 22 from Columbia. The first single is the Jazze Pha-produced "Let's Get Down," which features Cash Money artist/founder Baby. A video for "Let's Get Down" will be shot in Atlanta by Bryan Barber.
Chart-topping Epic quartet B2K and newcomer Jhene will join Bow Wow (who at 15 is trying to shed the "Lil'" from his moniker) on his summer's Scream 2 tour, which kicks off July 25 in Memphis. B2K is a veteran of last year's incarnation of the trek.
