Someone asked Dave Grohl if rock'n'roll is dead. It probably wasn't the wisest question to pose to a die-hard rocker like Grohl, who leads the Foo Fighters, and is considered by many to be the greatest rock drummer alive.

The Foo Fighters have re-signed with RCA Records, for which they've recorded since 1999's "There Is Nothing Left To Lose." The group is about to hit the studio with producer Gil Norton, who was previously behind the boards for the band's 1997 sophomore album "The Colour and the Shape."
