Gwen Stefani holds onto the Billboard Hot 100 crown for a third week with "Hollaback Girl" despite a strong contender in Ciara's "Oh" featuring Ludacris, which inches closer to the summit with a 3-2 move.
Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" sits at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 again this week, but it looks as though the latest single from Ciara has designs on making it to the top. In addition to spending the second of its seven Hot 100 weeks at the summit, the single remains in the pole position of the Pop 100 for a second week and Hot Digital Songs list for a third.
50 Cent's "Candy Shop" featuring Olivia continues its reign as Billboard's Hot 100 chart-topper for the eighth consecutive week. The song also remains in the No. 1 slot on the Hot 100 Airplay and Rhythmic Airplay lists. This week's Hot 100 also features career best chart positions for Weezer and matchbox twenty frontman Rob Thomas (as a solo artist).
For a seventh consecutive week, 50 Cent is sitting pretty as the Billboard's Hot 100 chart king with "Candy Shop" featuring Olivia. But the rapper is proving to be his own most formidable opponent as the featured artist on the Game's "Hate It or Love It," which is turning up the heat. It climbs 3-2 on the Hot 100, where it is the chart's greatest airplay gainer.
