This week on the Billboard 200, Lionel Richie claimed his third No. 1 album with the rise of "Tuskegee" (129,000 sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan, up 35%). He might even stick around for a second week on the list if he can fight off Jason Mraz's new album, "Love is a Four Letter Word." Both sets could sell around 100,000 by week's end on April 22, industry sources say.
