For a third non-consecutive week, Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III" (Cash Money/Universal) tops The Billboard 200. The set moved 125,000 copies during the tracking week, according to Nielsen SoundScan, a 20% drop in sales from the week previous.
While the top three on the Billboard 200 is static, with Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III" spending a third week at No. 1, two other albums arrive in the top 10. Beck's "Modern Guilt" starts at No. 4 while the soundtrack to the new musical "Mamma Mia!" bows at No. 7 . . .
