The Billboard 200 has three debuts in the top-10, but Alicia Keys is No. 1 for the third time in four weeks with her J debut "Songs in A Minor." Bowing right behind at No. 2 is Aaliyah's self-titled third Blackground/Virgin album, giving the R&B singer her first appearance in the top-10. The set sold 187,000 units in the U.S., according to SoundScan, more than four times greater than the first-week sales of her last effort, 1996's "One in A Million."
