While Shakira hasn't been particularly active on the music scene as of late, she still manages to keep her fans as engaged via social networks. This week, for example she jumps into the top five of Billboard's Social 50 chart after Tweeting and Facebooking a photo through Instagram of her baby bump -- it also didn't hurt to include her boyfriend FC Barcelona soccer player Gerard Piqué in the picture.
