Justin Bieber's "Believe" leads a debut-filled top four on the Billboard 200 this week, where all four of the top slots are occupied by new arrivals. Kenny Chesney, Fiona Apple and the Smashing Pumpkins start at Nos. 2-4, respectively. It's the first time we've had the entire top four be debuts since the Nov. 19, 2011, chart, when Bieber's "Under the Mistletoe" started at No. 1.
As Justin Bieber racks up the year's biggest digital single, sells out his U.S. tour in 60 minutes and looks to the release of "Believe" on June 19, the challenge isn't commercial -- it's growing up in public.
